Location de vacances de particulier à Moodus

« Lovely cottage with a beautiful view from the deck. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Close to beaches, and lots of attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive. Excellent place to stay! »

« The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired. There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably. As a final first...

« The property was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were great! Marcie was so helpful and so very responsive to all of our questions. If you're in this area and aren't staying here, you're missing out! The next time we are in the area, we'll be certain to stay here again. 10 out of 10 stars!! »

« The place was very clean and welcoming. They had a cute amenities area and slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. The only issue we had was it was extremely hot and humid and only 1 bedroom had an AC unit. The ac unit in the living room was not doing a good job of cooling the place down. So just be aware if you’re arriving in the summer time, we spent all of our time in the one air conditioned bedroom to escape the heat. »

« This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

« Best stay ever! Parking lot was easy; apartment was clean and felt like home. Bed comfortable. Would booked this apartment next trip. My only recommendation that was the kitchen did not have a toaster. »

« Great place, very clean which was much appreciated with a 9 month old crawling all around. Host was great and you can tell they put a lot of effort into paying the house to be a little get away. »

« House was clean. Quiet. Excellent response from manager. Would stay again. »

« Very comfortable. Did not use any property amenities. Loved the location. A lot of thought in making the property very welcoming. »

« It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive. »

« Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. Being so close to the beach made it incredibly easy to go back and forth for lunch, grab anything we needed, and the return to the beach without any hassle. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We loved the convenience of the location and being able to enjoy the beach while still having all the comforts of home...
