'The staff was really nice and friendly! Besides Português, the speak English and Spanish. I took away one star because the wifi did not work during my 3 day stay. They said it was a whole neighborhood outage so I understood. However, it was a major inconvenience not having wifi. Also, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I would be willing to stay again and give the establishment another chance because of the staff and the great location. But, I would hope these were just temporary issues.'

'Very cute and fully equipped condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and I liked that it has a separate bedroom. It's located literally right next to a shopping center and a supermarket. The fitness center was a little underwhelming. My flight arrived early in the morning and the host was nice enough to allow me to check in early without charge. There was some construction noise coming from the apartment next door and it woke me up at 7am one morning but it was ok. It only happened once. I...

'A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in São Paulo. 'This was a very nice hotel with mainly friendly staff. Room was decent size with small kitchen and washer and dryer. Breakfast was okay. Could have morw cooked food but had lots of baked goods. Location was perfect and felt safe. My only negative would be that the hotel does not have a concierge and there is not any goo d tourist info for visitors. '

'Unfortunately the rooms smelled mold I had to come downstairs on the 2nd night because the smell was horrible and I could breath.. I was offered other rooms and they were equally bad. I had 2 friends that came to the room and they felt it one of the has asthma that immediately had an attack. All I wanted was my money back .and forget the experience. I SINCE HAVE CHANGED HOTELS. Which I booked with Expedia also. I wonder why didn't Expedia didn't help also '
