'Checking in was a frustrating experience. The instructions provided beforehand were far too general, leaving us stuck outside when we arrived. We had to make multiple attempts to contact the host just to get into the building, despite arriving well within the designated check-in window. After waiting outside for a while, the host finally emailed the actual instructions. The place itself was fine, but the arrival process definitely needs to be streamlined.'

'The apartment is a beautiful place, comfortable, very clean, and a great location. Good communication with the host. One only thing is there is no air conditioning and we were there when the heat wave happened. It was a little hot, can open the windows but it was still warm. Overall the apartment is worth it. '
