« The property was exactly what we needed for our National Parks trip. It was convenient to downtown Montrose, Ouray and the NP. The property was spotless, had a ton of character, very well-equipped with amenities and Jeff was extremely helpful in navigating our time in Montrose. There isn't a single reason we wouldn't stay here again. Thanks much! »

« Everything was great and was as advertised. The only issue we had was that it was very warm in the house when we arrived (79 degrees). One of the AC units (bunk room) was not working. »
