'The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?'

'The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

'I will never use Expedia ever again I purchased the insurance in case something happened and something did happen where I was unable to get there till 3 days later and they still charged me even no they were supposed to charge me when I got there they charged me the day before I was supposed to get there and then they said that they reach down to the hotel which the hotel does not reimburse you they told me that and on the chat they said that they that I have to give them 72 hours to investigate...

'The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people.'

'Nice hotel. Cute room layout. Here are the two issues. 1- don’t count on a shuttle. We arrived at 11. We called and pressed the number for a shuttle, was on hold 20 mins. Decided to get a cab. It’s such a short drive cab guy complained and said use their shuttle. I said I tried. He took me for like $9. Git to the hotel and shuttle was there empty. No one insight. When I asked at check in, there was no answer or reason known. The only other issue is shower area is not hidden by a door. Clear...
