'We were there for four months this winter and loved that house everyday. The great room is so light filled but we also enjoyed the small den with the fireplace on rainy days. Our host very very friendly and responsive. This place is a real find.'

'This property is a true gem! Beautiful, very clean home with cute decor. We booked last minute for a one night stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is perfect! My son enjoyed the putt putt and hot tub. It was a perfect location close to town. We also enjoyed fishing in the lake right near the property! Would definitely stay again! Black mountain is such a cute town! '

'Great communication with host. Didn't realize there was a lower unit that is also rented out but no issues with the tenants. Parking in the driveway is definitely tricky as is getting out of the driveway and turned around, but again, no true issue, just tricky. House was lovely with all necessary bedding, pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Location allowed us easy access to town or hiking. '

'Perfect home for a little weekend getaway! It was so fun to explore this area but then be able to go back to such a charming and comfortable space. It was convenient to everything in Black Mountain but it was also a quick and easy drive to Asheville. The home was stocked with all the essentials, plenty of linens, and fun games/books. The host was communicative and had plenty of recommendations for us during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon! '

'We stayed for 5 days and were very comfortable in this well stocked, cozy house. It was a very clean older house, but we found it a wonderful place to stay and have stayed multiple times. Very quiet neighborhood.'
