'My stay was absolutely amazing. They have a hot tub on property overlooking the mountains it’s wonderful. It even started raining hard and was one of the most peaceful moments being out in nature overlooking the mountains being up high on one yourself. It’s very remote and private. Everything about this place was great. Host was very nice and attentive. Responded right away and gave me extra time to get my stuff together in the morning as I was behind. 'This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other...

'The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

'My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable.
