'Perfect stay! The hosts, John & Nigel were so welcoming. Property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Breakfast was great, a lovely selection for the whole family. Great view too!'

'The infrastructure needs a reasonable amount of TLC but it’s a lovely place, with great staff, good beer, fabulous folk music on a Friday evening and a decent size car park. We e stayed many times before when visiting the Centre for Alternative Technology and will stay at the Wynnstay again soon'

'A historic building just off the square, this beautiful B & B never fails. The owner, Ruth, goes out of her way to make sure that you have a comfortable stay, bathed in luxury and quality. places like this are few and far between these days. Superb!'

'The room was clean and fresh with tea and coffee making facilities plus complimentary water which was very welcome as it was a hot day when we arrived. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but it was possible to open the window. The breakfast choice wasn't huge but perfectly adequate with bread and cereals and a freshly cooked hot course of our choice. Overall a really comfortable stay with a very friendly and helpful host.'

'The room was clean and comfortable but we were in the top of the building so it wasn’t the best room available. Which we didn’t mind as we it was reasonable value and we booked last minute. However the people in the establishment were a little rowdy and we felt uncomfortable on the evening having our meal. The breakfast the following morning was unorganised with staff who didn’t know what to do and was definitely not worth the money.'

'De kamer was een groot stofnest, het toilet spoelde niet meteen door. Ty Morgans is onderdeel van een keten die in het dorp Rhayadar meerdere pubs en onderkomens heeft waardoor we iemand troffen die de kamer alsnog kon laten schoonmaken.'

'The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast.'

'Our fourth stay at the Metropole in recent years.A privilege to stay in such a unique historic building,with yes a little patina around the edges.If you dont embrace the nostalgia then budget chain's are available.The staff here are so good,as is the breakfast and the pool and spa facility.A great location for roadtrips around mid Wales,and a huge car park.'
