« The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. »

« Beautiful, light and stylish apartment located in a great DC neighborhood. The place was extremely comfortable and very clean, with everything you would need for your stay. Super comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom and a very spacious shower. The hosts were easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. »

« Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). « This property was just what we needed. There ended up being a few less people than we originally planned to travel with but there was plenty of space for our group of 5 (we all got our own rooms), the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect (not far from everything and easily accessible, the property manager and information provided made check in super easy, plenty of towels etc. our only complaint was that as this is an older home, therefore it was pretty cold and there was not...

« We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together. »
