'The first night I checked in the wood pellet stove wasn’t working properly so when I woke in the morning it was pretty chilly inside. I notified the property manager and he immediately set to work fixing the issue. By the time I returned home from work, he had electric space heaters en route and a handy man came to fix the stove.
