This lovely residence in Montegrino has a very welcoming atmosphere, not far from Lake Maggiore. It is surrounded by greenery with a view from the balcony of the surrounding hills. Ideal for relaxing holidays as a couple or family.

The nearest town, Luino, is about 8 km away. The closest beach, in Germignaga, is about 9.4 km away (15 minutes by car). Montegrino hosts some cozy bars, restaurants and a small corner shop where you can have breakfast with sandwiches. Guests have free use of a swimming pool and a tennis court 3 minutes' drive from the accommodation. A nice plus is that the apartment has the right to use a swimming pool and a tennis court for free. They are located in a residential complex 1.4 km away, 3 minutes by car on foot - you can reach the small village of Bosco - it is 850 m away and takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is located on the 1st and top floor of a small complex of semi-detached houses. You will have plenty of space, free Wi-Fi and private parking in front of the door. The bedrooms are comfortable for providing the peaceful sleep. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals.
