'Hotel is just within one mile of the interesting spots in New Paltz Lobby is very clean. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast offers a variety of choices. Room is spacious and clean. It has fitness room and indoor plan. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit New Paltz'

'The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. I called guest services but other than tell me that others were complaining about the same...

'Best greeter ever in the lobby. Jack was very friendly, immediately came to attention. Walked right up to us and expected pets and loved belly rubs! (Just to be clear, Jack is a very adorable cat). Human staff was very nice as well, was only an overnight stay but it met expectations for an impromptu trip. Room was clean and was properly serviced, bed was comfortable. Didn't have a chance to dip in the pool but it looked well maintained.'
