'Everything went well. Its not an updated hotel. Little run down. Only bad part was pool and hot tub were not clean. Tons of grit in hot tub and large chunks of black hair floating in the pool. Its open 24 hours so im afraid they never clean it'

'Hotel was run down . When there was an over 6 hour power outage they did nothing to help guests. We eventually left as there was no information about power outage. I had to go into dark basement to get my wet wash out before we left. They did nothing offer any kind of assistance, credit or refund for the inconvenience would not recommend for many reasons'

'The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very well served. The location was close to the waterfront Park. We biked to the centennial trail directly from the hotel which was convenient. However the wifi was barely working and there was no freezer.'

'The front desk help was excellent! The only criticism was the breakfast event - the cook/kitchen staff, who was responsible to keep the breakfast dishes full, did a pretty POOR job of it. There were a lot of clients, having breakfast and at one time the scrambled egg, sausage, biscuit&gravy, cereal milk, were empty, all at once. 'We loved everything about our weekend stay on 5-16-26 and 5-17-26 pet room except the fact that tons of kids were running and screaming down the hall. Our room was 123 and the guy at front desk even told my husband that he tried to get them to quiet down and that even customers on 2nd floor were complaining about the noise level on the main floor.
