« It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. « Very clean with the exception of a strong mold/mildew smell and soft spots in the floor in the master bath. Spoke with host and it’s next on the list to get updated. Enjoyed watching the deer in the back and side yard. Lots of open room so it never felt cramped. Comfy bed and furniture. »

« I stayed in Little House for 3 weeks while exploring The Needles District of Canyonlands. Little House is perfect for this because it’s closer to The Needles than Moab, and Monticello has a grocery store and several gas stations. Communication with the host was timely and helpful, especially because I needed a package delivered to the address. « What a wonderful little home — and Remington was the perfect host. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and made sure that if we needed anything, we had it right away. The house was clean, neat, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. The location was great too, just about 15 minutes from the river.
