This is not a nightly rate—you are effectively paying hourly. I checked in at 4pm as required and left at 5am, resulting in a 13-hour stay that did not reflect the price paid. In my view, the latest check-in should be 2pm, and basic amenities such as towels should be provided as a standard requirement anywhere in the world.'

'The bunk room was beautifully done and super clean with modern finishes. I loved it and will definitely stay there again. I accidentally booked the wrong day but they were able to adjust it at no extra charge. Very grateful for the staff and how friendly they were. '

'Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible.'
