'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

Great staff,and this property takes hospitality to a whole new level.From having welcome back on key card holder to a box of chocolates in the room.Not to mentioned complimentary water bottles and snacks in our room Location is convenient to interstate and restaurants in a very safe area.If you need a hotel in the Hendersonville area do yourself a favor and check this place out,5 star stay every time. '

'Good everything. Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast with gluten free bread and fresh fruit! Puzzles and games for kids at the lobby. Nothing was really bad but if you're sensitive about the noise, the road outside can get loud. I also wish the pool was a little warmer. '

'This hotel is great in so many ways. The staff is friendly and very helpful with tips for dining and travel directions. The rooms are clean and equipped with a nightlight (which should be standard in all rooms!). Best of all is the wine bar which is open late. The staff in the bar (ours was Jan) is so knowledgeable about the wines and which to taste. Visiting the wine bar was a great way to cap off a long day of driving. I would definitely stop here again.
