Lodges in Columbia Mountains

'We were very happy we stayed at this newly renovated resort. The location being lakefront and immediately next to the Okanagan Rail Trail was especially wonderful. Everything seemed to be carefully thought out and the unit was equipped with every cooking utensil and pots and pans anyone would need. We didn't use the laundry in the room but it would be nice to use in the future especially for a longer stay. I could imagine this would be a great place for a wedding party or family reunion if you...

'Very nice accommodations and facility. Room was very nice, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast bar was excellent and nice touch that it's available throughout the day. Would definitely stay again.'

'We found out on the 2nd day that you have to request your room to be cleaned. No one tells you when you check in. We asked for it to be cleaned and fresh towel plus coffee for the next morning. No one came to clean it or bring us fresh towels. We had a kitchenette they never came in to take the garbage. We were there for 4 days. The garbage was starting to get a bit ripe since we had cooked all our meals while we stayed there. Very disappointing.'

'Great location! peaceful environment and friendly staff!'

'Nous avions pas compris de suite que la cuisine dans la chambre ne contenait pas de cuisinière nous avons dû donc utiliser la cuisine partagée au centre du lodge. Le jacuzzi était la mais rien n’indiquait clairement que nous pouvions allez dedans car le personnel n’est pas dans le lodge et toute la réception est virtuelle. Pour une nuit c’est confortable rien à redire et le parking est pratique. Manque quelque informations quand à l’utilisation de la cuisine et de son aération.'

'Everything was closed. The restaurants were closed, even the gift shop was closed. I enjoyed the room and the hot tub. But the fact that there was not even a way to purchase a panorama sweater was a huge let down. Even the attempts to speak to staff about purchasing something was left with the response of we don’t have any staff.'
