« There is no staff on site but the person who handles check in via phone was very attentive and communicative. The room was as described. New towels are needed, but other than that, everything was great. »

« Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy. »

« We needed to switch room upon arrival, they were very understanding and took care of our needs right away. I wish the futon was softer. »

« Great place to stay. The two night minimum was not beneficial for us, however we needed a room in a pinch. The rooms are nice. »

« Front desk representative was never at their desk. In the morning for breakfast, representative was in the back room. I needed help. I heard noise in the back room, that was for employees, knocked and she came out to help us. Room was fine, but the bathroom shower spout was entirely covered with rust. I did not take a shower the entire time was in there because of this. »

« The guy at the front desk was rude. We booked an accessible room and put that we had pets when we booked. He refused to let us have tje room we booked . He said there were only a couple of rooms where they let pets in. It should say that when we booked the room. The room was filthy and smelled! The door was hard to open. The so called " breakfast" was horrible! There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When we asked for sheets he was very rude! I will NEVER stay there again! »

« The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of two couples and 3 children. The kitchen was incredibly stocked which made family sized meals a breeze. We enjoyed the forest themed decor which was especially fun for our grandkids to find and count all of the bears throughout! The area was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for walks or just play time. Our host was friendly and attentive. It was an excellent value and could not have been a better experience! »
