'Parking is easy. The hotel is located in a very cute and small town. Right next to the hotel flows a strong flowing river, which gives it a romantic and calming atmosphere. The views are amazing overseeing the river, mountains and a little town square. The staff is utterly helpfull, respectfull and kind. The rooms are clean and well organised. 'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'It’s in the middle of the mountains, great for if you want peace. The road to get there is challenging, don’t drive at night, no street lights. Staff was nice, and suitable for overal a mature guests, no children. '

'The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. 'El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. 'Nosotros no lo sabiamos, pero en la azotea, en la sala de la Luna, había un jacuzzi al aire libre. El hotel es encantador. Nosotros estuvimos en el edificio anexo. El bar de enfrente, L'Snack del Caçadors, es un sitio muy agradable para comer o tomar una copa oyendo el murmullo del Río Freser'

'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is one of the stops of some trip for elderly people, but they are very lovely! '
