'A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much. '

'The house was clean and well kept. The location is close to a Kroger for any grocery needs. Fairly close to the highway. The A/C working during a week of 100 weather was fantastic with one small comment. The AC is fairly loud so if you are a light sleeper - may just want to be aware. Would absolutely stay again. '

'Great house for a couple’s getaway. Close to Miamisburg trail head. Lots of great little spots in town to eat and explore. The hot tub was great and it was nice to pair up with your phone music. Neighborhood was great. We loved all the variety in the neighborhood especially the whimsical decor and diverse landscaping. Great stay overall!'

'It was great! It worked perfectly for our stay. Only wish it had been cooler weather so we could have spent time on the deck enjoying the pretty garden. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. WiFi worked well. Driveway is narrow, but my small SUV fit in front of the house. The street in front was busy in the mornings, but quiet into the evenings. '

"Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus"
