The Space:

- Quite hours from 10pm-8am - No shoes inside the house please - No parties events or large gatherings - No unauthorized guest Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged 150 per night - Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund - No smoking If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house guest will be loose the 800 damage deposit for breaking our no smoking policy - Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house including police or legal action for necessary corrective preventive actions - The owners managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs maintenance or in case of an emergency - No food or glass while inside the Hot tub Any damages or maintenance issues caused to the hot tub will be subject to the repair costs of fixing the Hot Tub
