« I filtered for an entire place, but this is actually a basement unit with people living above, which greatly affected privacy and noise. You can clearly hear upstairs activity, even toilet flushing, which defeats the purpose of a private rental.I booked this stay so I could cook, but there is no oven and no freezer (not disclosed). « Highly recommend! Vacation ready, well stocked home away from home on the lake! Just stop by Walmart or local Snohomish store to grab basic groceries, sink into home, relax, and enjoy! They have thought of all the rest and have a binder for reference. So peaceful! Perfect for our 6 person family of 3 seasoned adults and 3 young adults;). Excellent way to start out of vacation!! »

« We enjoyed our stay, the place was nice, well kept and clean. check in and out was easy! only issue we had was wifi didn't work, we didn't really need it tho, because we were out at a concert, but I was trying to set up some music on the tv, no wifi. We would love to stay here again if there's a show at the winery we go to! It's a nice little place, you won't regret it! »

« Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but upon arrival we discovered it only had a portable AC unit rather than central air. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. This distinction should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking.We were also sent an extensive list of house rules and restrictions...

« Very nice rental space with all the amenities. Easy access to 405 and close to many restaurants, stores, shops, grocery stores and Lake Washington. Host was communicative and provided great direction. We stayed for almost a week and it was very comfortable and had lots of space. Would stay here again. »
