« This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat. »

« This little apartment is in an excellent location in downtown Salida. It is easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, right on F Street. Also very close to the river and right across the street from Riverside Park. Quite “cozy” but great for two people. »

« I work in the area and prefer non-hotel bookings when I stay for multiple days. The Mayfly has excellent units that are clean and spacious and have great amenities to make you feel at home. I try to stay here whenever I’m in the area. »
