Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. Park in the front driveway on the left side, which has room for two vehicles back to back. There is a step up to the front porch, and the smart lock deadbolt is on the front door. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

The space is built for the part of the trip when everyone wants a little breathing room. Spread out across two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, generous living spaces, and a backyard.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
This is one side of a duplex. The neighboring apartment is a separate listing and may have other guests during your reservation, but your apartment is private. It has two stories: stairs are required to reach both bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, and there is also a full bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms have tub and shower combinations. There is a step up to the front porch.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 8 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Please bring the trash bin back from the road the same day. It can't be left at the curb overnight
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & GETTING IN
The front driveway on the left side has room for two vehicles, one behind the other. The smart lock deadbolt is on the front door.

OUTDOOR SPACE & PETS
The backyard has room to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. Some areas of the yard have roots and can be uneven underfoot. Up to 2 pets are welcome; dogs must be 60 lb or under, and some breeds are restricted for insurance. A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off the beds and furniture, clean up after them, and keep them leashed outdoors unless the yard is fully secure. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

LAUNDRY & TRASH
The washer and dryer are in the laundry room, accessed from the back patio. The trash bin is on the side of the apartment, and sanitation picks up from the road.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
