'I utilized the space during a business trip. The neighborhood is very nice, active, yet quiet and quaint. The area of the studio apartment is enriched with nature, so you can expect to see a few flying bugs, but for the location such a sight is to be expected. I’d say my only challenge was locking and unlocking the door, the lock is quite difficult to maneuver. And with the key ring being so thin, it caused a moment of panic because the key fell off of the ring; so maybe a thicker metal ring....

'The property was clean, safe, and secure. Very nice property and communication with the owners was easy. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had in an extremely timely manner. We never had to wait for a response. The property is in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, etc., which made it quick and easy to get any food or items that we needed without having to travel far from the property. '

'This apartment was perfect for what I needed which was a place to sleep when I wasn't busy with conference related activities. Very clean and had an excellent view. From the day I got there until the day I left, everything went smoothly. I was concerned about parking as I drove a large van to transport students to the conference as well, I was able to get in touch with the host who assured me that it wouldn't be a problem as long as I had the tag hanging. I appreciated the promptness of that...

'This comes with uninvited roomates that look like they live their full time with multiple legs! Its a Dump! Pictures do not reveal the level of furniture and overall conditions. I am always amazed how good photographers can make a place look!'

'The host sent me a message on Feb.7 saying that we couldn’t stay at her property that we booked for Feb.14. She told me I needed to request a cancellation to get my money back!! It was past the time I was allowed to do that. I was on a cruise and didn’t get the message until I got back to Mobile on Feb.14. Everything was booked because of Mardi Gras. We had to drive 4 hours back home because we couldn’t find another place to stay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND '
