We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (3rd week of Nov)and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room had two beds and a sofa bed, but both beds had the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I tried the sofa bed on the second night, which was slightly better but still uncomfortable.
The air conditioning was centralized, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature at all. Coming from humid Singapore, the room felt stuffy, and we ended up opening the windows just to get cooler air.
There were also some maintenance issues — the toilet roll holder was loose, with the nails coming out of the wall.
On a positive note, the chambermaids were friendly, attentive, and very service-oriented. Their warm attitude was one of the better parts of the stay. Location is good.
Breakfast was exactly the same for all three days, with no rotation or variety. On the first day, the rice was cold. Rice was available on the remaining days, but I didn’t eat it, so I’m not sure if the temperature improved.
Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and we won’t be staying there again. I truly hope the hotel improves room comfort, air ventilation, maintenance, and breakfast variety.
