'Great stay'

'Arquitectural style'

'Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,'

'Stayed here as part of a group for a birthday celebration. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view suite. We had some challenges the first day… 1. Bathroom leaked water due to condensation from air system 2. The lights in the room didn’t work and a technician had to come to repair. 3. There was heavy rain and one of the rooms flooded water even though we were on the second floor. Due to the issues, they moved us to a different room. However, no offer was made to address the first day challenges. The...

'I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. It doesn’t provide privacy and also, when taking shower, some of the water ends up coming out from the under the door. The receptionist SOPHIA is very pleasant. She deserves compliments'

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

'It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.'
