Hôtel près de Old Town Gallery (San José del Cabo)

« Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience »

« At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...

« Stayed here as part of a group for a birthday celebration. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view suite. We had some challenges the first day… 1. Bathroom leaked water due to condensation from air system 2. The lights in the room didn’t work and a technician had to come to repair. 3. There was heavy rain and one of the rooms flooded water even though we were on the second floor. Due to the issues, they moved us to a different room. However, no offer was made to address the first day challenges. The...

« They staff is really nice »

« The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...
