Let's start with the drinks, regular and alcoholic beverages were very obviously watered down and they weren't good. Food was just ok, the buffet needs more options, breakfast is the same every day, need better coffee.
There was a server named Jesus at the buffet who was very rude, he kept ignoring us and never asked if we needed anything, we had to keep flagging him down for any request and he seemed bothered by everything. The Grill restaurant is not good, portions are ridiculously small and taste wasn't good. There wasn't much entertainment, they did not explain things properly and a lot of staff did not speak English which made it difficult for my family members to communicate. When we first arrived to our room there were no towels provided, not even a hand towel. We had to ask for an iron 6 times in and it was 1 day and a half before we actually got one!! Why do you have an ironing board in the room but you don't have an iron ?!!!!
Some staff seemed bothered when you asked for something, it was quite odd and made us feel uncomfortable, however there were a few staff members who stood out. Ricardo was amazing and Victor at the buffet was also very nice. Rubicel at the pool area was just great he made us feel very welcomed and was very attentive! There was also a lady who was the host at the buffet who was very sweet and kind, I can't recall her name. Gabriel at the concierge desk was also so nice and helpful. Overall it was ok, but a few things need to be improved!
