'We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all'

'Little bit hard to find, this new place in an alley on Main Bazar Road, a few steps away from New Delhi station. You wouldn't expect to find a hotel like this in such a corner. You get a warm welcome here and the staff enjoys to make your stay as good as possible. Beds are the most comfortable we've slept in for a long time. And the rooms are decorated with a lot of dedication. Unfortunaly the rooftop bar & restaurant hasn't finished yet, so that if you want breakfast of a meal you have to eat...

'Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think...

'I stayed here with a friend for three nights. At this moment they are renovating the reception area. The room was very nice and clean. The staff is great and help you with all your questions. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs for a quiet night. The hotel is in front of the main bazar. '

'Ons verblijf bij Hotel Nirmal Mahal was op zich prima. Ze waren de handdoeken en het wc-papier vergeten in de kamer, dus daar hebben we om moeten vragen.
Wat mij erg tegenviel is dat ons bij het uitchecken vertelt werd dat we de kamer nog moesten betalen. Dit had ik echter al van te voren gedaan via Expedia. Ik heb dit meermaals aangegeven maar er werd niet naar geluisterd, we mochten ook niet weg zonder te betalen. Dus uiteindelijk hebben we dubbel betaald. Tot op heden heb ik nog geen geld...
