'I really enjoyed my stay at this Boutique Hotel. The room was small but thoughtfully set up, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and using the space.A major plus was the complimentary access to laundry facilities — super convenient, especially for a longer stay. There was also a great café right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking...

'The property was equipped to meet all basic needs. The provided heater was appreciated. Cleanliness and property condition was standard. Access into building/suits was clear and convenient. The building set up did result in frequent noises from hallways and suites, but the host rules did provide appropriate 'quiet' periods for adequate rest. Notably, one body sized towel is provided for the entire stay.'

'Great stay. Room was clean and as advertised. Building and room were simple to access. Only minor issue was with ease of parking but this was accurately addressed in communications from the host before checking in. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.'

It was well stocked with the essentials to cook meals for the week. There was plenty of parking in the rear for over night or out front for short term during the day and because of the size of Thunder Bay, located close to everything. '
