'Quality Nights stay with a big clean room. Definitely don't judge a book by it's cover just because the outside of this place may not be as glamorous as a Holiday Inn this place is clean and so was the microwave and fridge. Nice people working here too!'

'I usually prefer Hampton hotels. The breakfast is decent, the beds are comfortable and they are well maintained. This location was no different. We stayed here while passing through on a long road trip. The hotel was shockingly overpriced on the way back for some reason so we stayed elsewhere. It is a short drive to the waterfront area which was a great place to go for a walk with our dog after so many hours in the car'

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'Only thing that made it a 4 star rating was our door for the hotel room didn't close properly the interior doors in the room also didn't close at all. Didn't get to use our included breakfast cause the restaurant wasn't open till 730 am. For travelers that leave early than 7 that kinda sucks. Parking was good they had a security guard monitoring the parking lot.'

'Positives: The room was clean. Housekeeping didn't clean out the fridge so there were 4 beers waiting for me when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Negatives (in chronological order): There was a dude in the parking lot going through the dumpster for "empties". There is almost no parking. Much less spots than a hotel of this size would need. The night auditor checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing. The shower in the room couldn't hold itself...

'Staff were great, room was clean and the breakfast is generally the best of the hotels that I have tried in Thunder Bay. I never hesitate to stay here.'
