'Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out...

'It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.'

'Difficult to rate the property since it’s undergoing significant renovation. The updated areas are very nice and clean. We were in a renovated suite, which was quite large and comfortable from a size perspective. However, there were some shortcomings. The a/c was not hooked up in the main bedroom so we roasted. The kitchen sink only had hot water (dangerous with little kids), no cold. The doors to the bathrooms didn’t shut. These are items I’d expect would have been checked before...

'The property hasnt been maintained properly, overtime it shows. Yes, landscaping crew was there cutting grass during my stay but when they dont clean up the debris afterwards it builds up every where(door matts, walkways driveway etc..) I checked into a room that smelled clran , presentable but was wrong room. The correct room was presentable but didnt smell like the other room, my bathroom had blue toothpaste on the sink, to me not clean. I really liked the property the only thing missing was...

'Description included proximity to a shopping area- it was a re-creation of a historic village. My fault for not researching what it was as I appreciate the authentic and not a re-creation. It was close to the main Mystic area for shopping and restaurants.'
