'It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.'

He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. 'Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable.'

'Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? That would have been way too many people sharing a single place. 2) not a single bed can handle two people. 3) kitchen is too small to actually cook but good enough to make coffee or tea in the morning. 4) very easy access to subway system. 5) several stores or places to eat, get coffee, etc within a 2 minute walk. 6) Very...

'신니혼바시역과 간다역이 있어 도쿄 어디든 갈수있어 좋았고 직원들도 친절하고 가족과 숙박하기에 너무 좋았어요.. 다만 물과커피가 제공되지않아 당황했지만 주변에 편의점과 카페가있어 바로 구할수 있었어요..호텔 주변은 유흥시설과 거리가 털어져있었고 지역주민과 직장인들이 자주 식당들이 있어 좋았어요'
