Welcome to “GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS” ....
A COMPLETELY RENOVATED and spectacular 3 bedroom plus bunk nook condo, located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico , sunrises, and sunsets.
Construction was completed January 2021 and can sleep up to 14 guests.
Inspired by a trip to Graceland in Memphis,TN, the condo was named after one of Elvis Presley’s movies “GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS”...our theme is somewhat nostalgic with a touch of the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, and of course lots of “beachy stuff” too!
From the 80 yr old canoe glimmering with fiber optic lighting, to the 1965 Volkswagen doors hanging from the wall, to the 33 LP player, and Vespa Scooter dining table ( and a whole bunch more...wifey went overboard on this one! ), it’s a FUN condo with a beachy feel.
For your safety , a security camera located on outside balcony has been installed.
“GIRLS” is located on the 4th floor of a 48 unit , 4 story complex so there’s NOBODY ABOVE YOU, and a corner unit to boot...a very bright, QUIET and private condo unit, and with only 48 units , our spacious, private beach is never crowded.
Very unique to GIRLS, is a lofted second floor featuring a private king bedroom, a large second bedroom featuring a queen over queen bunk and another standalone queen bed....these two bedrooms share a beautiful brand new bathroom with live edged pecan sink counter tops with vessel bowl sinks.
There’s also a hall twin over twin bunk which overlooks the living area via large ship porthole windows....the kiddo’s will really love this!!
Walking back down our floating staircase with pecan live edge slab treads and cable railed handles, your immediately embraced by the suspended canoe with color changing fiber optic lights, river rock tile, new coastal kitchen, shiplapped ceilings and of course the Vespa Scooter dining table.
The third bedroom is a large master on the main floor with a brand new private bathroom, all appointed in coastal tile and colors.
But the best of the best is the UNOBSTRUCTED BEACH AND GULF VIEWS....simply BREATHTAKING!!
Standard features include stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and all one needs for a great vacation.

Chuck was most accommodating on short notice as our rental for the trip had sewer issues and he got us in his beautiful condo next day. Glorious ocean front views . Uniquely and fun decorated condo that looked all new. Really enjoyed the place and will likely be back.

Great 4th of July
Overall we had a great vacation, condo was decorated so cool and was very clean. The AC worked fantastic, so good we were freezing most of the time and had to turn it up. I would say the only thing that could be better were the rain shower heads, couldn't rinse the shampoo out because there wasn't enough pressure, but i would still give the condo a 5 star rating and would definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay, amazing views very clean place we loved our stay.There is only one recommendations I’ll like to make all those mattress are very uncomfortable but if they change that, Tue place will be perfect for everyone.

Family vacation before Christmas
We enjoyed our stay at Girls,Girls, Girls! The condo looks just like the pictures. Our granddaughters loved the bunk beds at the top of the stairs. The location was very close to the premier outlet (across the road). Winn Dixie just a short drive away, many restaurants in the area. The view from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the heated pool everyday. The owner of the condo was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

The best beach getaway.
My wife and I loved our stay at Chuck’s place. Everything was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be better. I loved the cool decor and being on the top floor with an awesome balcony view! The free beach service (chairs & umbrellas) were so convenient and it made the time at the beach even better. We will definitely be back to stay again soon.

Best beach trip yet. The attention to details with this beautiful condo are top notch. We loved our morning coffee overlooking the sunrise and the relaxing stay in every way. After staying all over Miramar for years, this will be our go-to from now on.

Wonderful Family Vacation on Beautiful Miramar Beach
This beach front 2-story loft condo is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We found this home very clean, and no bugs (which is rare in Florida vacation homes), everything was in good working order. The details are spectacular! They really went all out designing this unit! And it's very functional, with the large leather sofa and TVs in all the rooms, we always had a place to hang out for some down time. The beach set up is great! You get one, 2-chair setup with umbrella included. We purchased an additional set up, so we could all be together on the beach, and they gave us a wonderful "front row" set up all week! The owner responded to questions immediately, so there was excellent communication. We have been to the Destin area 8 times in the last 10 years. We recommend Miramar beach, we think it's the best location, less traffic, less beach crowds, closer to points east and west, etc. We would also recommend this rental property, which is tucked away in it's own little neighborhood, but right on the beach.

Best Condo Ever
We have been coming to Destin for 10+ years and I can say this stay was the BEST !!! Perfect location , Perfect condo!! I am already getting dates together for our next couple of trips to book this unit (just got home a couple of hours ago ) . Thanks to the host for providing such an easy , clean , convenient and comfortable home away from home !!!

Responsive and genuinely friendly, Chuck (and his wife) were excellent hosts.

Stunning condo on the beach
This condo has it all - a priceless Gulf front view, comfy beds and furniture, enough seating for everyone with fully stocked kitchen. Great location, close to any place you want or need to go. The decor is very unique and fun, a delightful addition to a perfect "beach trip". Our host, Chuck was wonderful with communication regarding any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Really fun place to stay
Unique and fun place to stay! The renovations were well done with a great layout. Owner was informative and responsive. There was general ware and tear from being a rental (kitchen drawer, shower handle ice maker grate) but overall good condition. We would stay again.

GirlsGirlsGirls! Did not disappoint!
Pros: Beds were very comfortable! Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs with additional sink was a nice surprise. So it was easier to move through after the beach. Decor was off the hook amazing! Top notch! Location couldn’t be better, Beach is steps (right there!!) from the door! Beach is both clean and beautiful!! For my girls group (12!) of all ages it was perfection. So nice that parking for our slightly larger group wasn’t an issue. Owner was attentive and pleasant. Would rent from him again without hesitation!
Property is as described Fun! This one is a real gem :)
