  • Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located on 15th floor of Surfside Resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. This unit offers a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bay. Surfside offers the fastest and most reliable internet in the Destin area. Fiberoptic internet connected to each Surfside unit. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo. This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. The master bedroom includes a huge King-Size bed and a connected master bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds with private access to the guest bathroom. Additionally, a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room allows 6 to sleep comfortably in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for your family. With three dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to dine together. You can even enjoy a meal al 'fresco from the balcony while enjoying the gorgeous Miramar beach views.

    Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside Resort. Additionally, the private sky walk leads our guests from the pool directly to your private beach chairs and umbrella, included in your stay March - October, on beautiful Miramar Beach. For a convenient day at the beach, the Beach Bar provides refreshing drinks without the need of leaving the ocean and is also a great place to enjoy happy hour and watch a game.

We liked this place a lot! Gorgeous views from the high floor! The decor is a little dated and the furniture a little tired, but still 8/10. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property is nice… loved the beach bar. We never used the pool and hot tub because they were pretty crowded (the pool is small). We played pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the gorgeous beach. Lots of things are within walking distance, yet this part of Destin/Mirimar is a little less commercial than Destin proper… we liked that. Good grocery store (WinnDixie) less than a mile away. Shana was easy to reach and responsive. We’d love to come back!

This property is the perfect size and in the perfect location for our family. Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. We absolutely love this place and look forward to our visit each year.

The property was perfect for our family. The views from the 15th floor were amazing to wake up to and made for a great lunch view as well. We will definitely look into this property again for any future trips to the Destin area!

Great location!

The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Anniversary Week

Location was outstanding. Views of the beach and sunset from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Easy quick access to the beach. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella included made our beach trips so easy. The unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. The host thought of everything with a well stocked closet of beach chairs, toys and other accessories. And a whole range of reading materials in the tv stand.

All mostly good. Elevator brokrn delaying us often. Parking was limited due to unauthorized vehicles taking up space for the 4th of July. And washing machine had mold.

Clean, comfortable, very nice condo

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware & utensils. It has a great view of the water and easy access to the beach. The location is great with quick access to shops, restaurants, grocery store & an outlet mall. The front desk of the building is only staffed from 9 to 5, and we arrived around 8:00 pm, so there was some confusion about obtaining a parking pass. We contacted security - they were very helpful, and got us one quickly.

TOILET MASTER BEDROOM PLUGED EVERYDAY NEEDS REPLACED. EXHAUST FAN GUEST BEDROOM NEEDS REPLACED. 1/2 INCH OF DUST ON CEILING FANS NEEDS CLEANED. OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED IT GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
