Lazy beach days are in store for you in our lovely villa in Tivoli by the Sea at the Resort! You will love this newly remodeled beach villa with stone and granite. The location is perfect – the beach is a short golf cart or tram ride away; the swimming pool is just around the corner; and the Baytowne Wharf is a ten minute golf cart ride (or tram ride) to the other side of the Resort. What a great place to relax! With 2100 square feet, it features three bedrooms and three bathrooms with enough space to accommodate up to eight guests.

Stylishly designed in upscale coastal style, our villa is furnished with comfort in mind. The open floor plan features ten foot ceilings throughout. An inviting foyer leads to the newly furnished living room with plenty of comfy seating and walk-out access to the screened porch through french doors. There is a seat for everyone at the farm table and breakfast bar area next to our gourmet kitchen. The family chef will enjoy whipping up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, granites countertops and all the cookware and dinnerware needed. For a peaceful place to relax, plan to spend some time outdoors on the screened porch and take in a serene view of the Baytowne Golf Course.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed and a custom master bathroom with a roman tub and separate shower. French doors lead to the screened porch from the master bedroom. A second guest bedroom features a king bed and is served by a full bathroom just a few steps away. The third guest bedroom offers two full beds and an en suite full bathroom. Each bedroom is complete with an HDTV and generous closet space. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and wifi is complimentary!

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly for availability and pricing at or.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
