Maravilla is a 33.7 acre community of prime Destin gulf front property on Old Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, Florida. You will love the 2.5 acre private sugar white sand beach at Maravilla Resort. More amenities include: two luxurious swimming pools, whirlpool Jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and clubhouse with exercise room and equipment.
TWO BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA SERVICE IS PROVIDED COMPLIMENTS OF THE OWNERS!!!!

Please note the aerial photo that shows a design of the Maravilla Resort complex. Buiding 2 directly faces the beach and the ocean. Our unit, 'Elizabeth Claire,' suite 2302, is located in Building 2. It is on the third floor, close to the elevator, with direct views of the ocean!

RENTAL POLICIES: We welcome families! No smoking, no pets, no damage/theft. No party groups. Must be over 25 years old to rent our condo. Maximum occupancy is 6 people in the condo. No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.
Advance payment:
VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage and or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.

Cancellation: PLEASE consider Travel Protection Insurance to avoid some of the risks associated with a cancellation..

Spring break and summer season require weekly rentals. Off season requires 4 night minimum.

Great view of the beach!

We really enjoyed being able to see the beach from the condo! I couldn’t imagine having anything short of a beach view. Otherwise the condo was clean and well equipped. Management was very responsive.

Beach escape

The location of the property was fantastic for our needs. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the views and the walking path. The condo was clean and well kept. There was a musty smell but I imagine that is due to the humidity and being so close to the beach. This is a place I would recommend to friends and family.

Awesome location, easy walk to the beach, great view from balcony, comfortable apartment, bed slept wonderful, husband would of liked a recliner, everything clean and well kept. Glad the door was coded, made access easy without a key, would of liked a security chain lock for inside.

We had a lovely stay. The view is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the mirrored wall that reflected the beach view through the sliding glass door and window. The provided essentials and extra items (soaps, extra toilet paper) were also much appreciated.

Fun Family Getaway

Beautiful CLEAN Condo.....with a view to match!

The view from living room, bedroom and deck was wonderful! We had a fabulous 4 days of sunshine and then came the rain. Although the rain didn’t deter us. It’s nice sometimes to watch the rain over the gulf. I will stay again in this unit.

Another great trip to Miramar Beach

We have stayed at Maravilla several times, but this was our first stay in this particular condo. Everything was great. We loved the balcony views. The condo was comfortable for our family of 3. We did have to work with the owner to secure our check-in because of a late arrival of our flight. Because the condo uses a physical key rather than a code, the key exchange happened in person with a property manager. Check out was very easy. It was the easiest check out I have ever had with a condo. Overall, I highly recommend the condo, the owners, and Maravilla at Miramar Beach. Beach is fabulous and we used the heated pool every day.

Perfect beach trip

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed (including a beach view!). The renovated kitchen was a nice touch. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we are in Destin. Restaurants were in walking distance and we really appreciated the welcome packet Mara Lee sent us with places to visit and other food restaurants in the Destin area.

Great location. Kitchen was recently updated and is wonderful. Beds and very old, make a lot of noise and are very uncomfortable. If it weren't for the beds, it would have been perfect.

Wonderful place and great people!

Mara Lee made our stay really fantastic and the place was terrific. The entire process was simple and the property manager was readily available and responsive. We will definitely rent from these nice folks again, the property is well taken care of and was spotless upon arrival.

Great location!

We loved our stay here, and the location was perfect! Mara Lee was easy to contact prior to our stay, and Chuck was quick to respond when we had questions after arriving. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have some card/board games and a few beach toys to use, but we made do. One of our favorite things about this condo is the location. We enjoyed our morning walks on the street in front of the condo, and it was close to restaurants for dinner. We'd stay here again.

COVID-19 shortens our trip

Interior of property was nice enough. Exterior was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The trash location was challenging as well The biggest disappointment was that the owner was not willing to work with us when we cut our visit short due to COVID-19 concerns. Despite the fact that we booked very last minute, she said she could have rented to someone else. The reality was no one was booking travel by that time. The right thing to do was to at least offer something in good faith. We stay in Mimamar Beach all the time and know several owners that worked with renters during this difficult time. We will go back to those owners that did the right thing for future rentals.
