We had a terrific week! This was the second time we have stayed at this condo and could not be happier! The location is fantastic- easy access to the beach and all the Sand Destin amenities. Beautiful area and activities for all! We will be back….

Two golf carts

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have 2 golf carts. But .. this would not be a good unit for older or handicapped persons as there at steep steps right inside the first door - these lead to the bedrooms and (again) are quite steep. Overall a good stay..close to area attractions.

We had a wonderful week as a family of 5 plus our dog( 13, 16 &16). There was plenty of space for all of us- the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids with bunk beds and a full bed. The location is perfect as close to the pool(literally 2 mins or less!), views of the lake and the beach is a 10 min walk or quick golf cart ride away! Our kids were old enough to go out exploring on their own and also as a family with the 2 golf carts provided! The whole Sandestin area is accessible by golf cart or can get to the grocery store by car. We enjoyed daily walks over to Baytowne in the morning and in the golf carts in the evenings for the nightly entertainment! The beach is close by and beautiful anytime of the day! My husband and son golfed several times and loved the courses! There are outlet shops near by, which was fun when we had a rainy day! The only suggestions I can think of are providing beach towels and a few extras in the kitchen like a few more garbage bags and dishwasher packs. Having stayed in plenty of rented places, these little extras do go along way with a renter(again not a terrible negative but a nice touch!) Overall, we would definitely rent again here- the place was extremely clean, quiet and accessible to everything you need while on vacation! Highly recommend!

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We loved this villa. The property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in in the area in quite some time. The area was very nice and we loved sitting on the patio. You can fish out back. The pool is so close which was a great treat as it is much nicer than the beachfront pool in our opinion. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. We also loved how the front has a small courtyard to drop all your beach things and rinse off before going in to the villa. Oh and the trash pick up daily right outside the villa was very convenient. Great villa!

This place is great! Clean, cold AC, golf carts were a great addition and location is amazing. Beach access was easy. You can literally park you car and never leave the resort. It has everything you need. The owners should be proud of this property! Will book again.

Great Location, but we has issues

We loved the unit and location, but there was a water leak that appeared and caused us to be moved to a separate unit. It was a minor problem, but ate in to our time at the beach/pool and was a headache to deal with. The property management company did a great job handling the situation. Shout out to Hans. In the new unit we had an issue with the AC on a last full day that delayed our beach experience and was another headache. Again the management company handled it well, shout out to Christopher. All in all was a good stay, but the headaches will likely incumber us from staying at this property again in the future. This was a 2nd time and would make a yearly location until this experience.

Great location & beautiful condo!

We loved this condo! Perfect location. Pool is right next door, beach is a quick 3 minute drive on the golf cart. Beautifully decorated & lots of amenities including a Keurig for coffee as well as a coffee maker. Loved the patio - very peaceful! Kids liked fishing in the pond. The only negative comment is it wasn't cleaned very well. Dishes in cupboard had lots of dried up food on them, counters needed wiped as well as tables & light switches - they all had food on them - but that isn't the owners fault. We really enjoyed going to Parlor Donuts, Donut Hole & ventured to Santa Rosa area for less crowds and great restaurants! Try The Bay, Shunk Gulley, VinTaj & Blue Mountain Creamery! Also loved having Publix only a mile away!

Great place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was near lots of restaurants and beach. Community was nice and quiet and easy to get around. Golf carts were great way to carry everything to beach and fun entertainment. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Patio was great for mornings and easy access to fishing. Could use extra blankets, dishwasher pods and even a few basic cooking aids (spray, s&p, coffee, filters). Would stay again, thank you for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful Property Manager!

This is by far the nicest townhouse we’ve stayed in at Sandestin. We stay at the resort every trip, but never this unit in the past. It’s well updated and very nicely furnished, very comfortable stay with everything we needed. We had to call the property manager when our youngest got sick, we were worried sick about him making a mess, but she was worried about our kiddo and was very sweet and understanding. We will definitely try to book this unit from now on.

Beautiful View!

We loved walking into the home and hearing classical music. That was very welcoming. The home had nice furniture, decor and appeared updated. The kitchen and baths were clean. (The floors were not!) I travel with my swiffer and so I swept and mopped daily leaving it cleaner than I found it. The view from the master was beautiful and the back patio was very nice. We also loved having the little front courtyard to leave all of our beach stuff so as to keep as much sand outside as possible. Both golf carts ran great and kept a good charge. There wasn't an ironing board in the unit at all. There was a very old iron that looked rusted all over the bottom but that's it. I couldn't even wear most things that I brought because I couldn't iron anything. (tried to go buy one but one place we went were out and Walmart....THE LINE was TOO long. All that being said we really did enjoy our stay and would stay here again. Angie L. Dothan, AL.

Excellent location

The property is wonderful, great view on a small lake, nice furnishings. Really a 98%. Only two comments; one of the golf carts' rear tires were worn very badly... and the conversion of the 2nd bedrooms closet (to bunk beds) while very cool left you little to no room for storing your clothes. All in all, we were stay there again!
