Nice location and beautiful condo. Owners/Management were great with communication. Just had a few minor issues, but nothing major. We enjoyed our stay. Beach access about a 5 minute walk, beautiful on site pool and a great restaurant right by the beach.

Wonderful location for fall break

Condo with amazing views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf.

Very nice and well maintained condo in a resort area, easy access to pool and ocean, nice app access to all the garage and doors. Read through renters description!! It does provide basic kitchen wares and bath wares, stop at the store for any food in room such as milk coffee, filters for coffee pot, cereal, creamer, seasoning and oil for cooking.

We had stayed at Luau before but this was the first time with MVH. A representative called on the morning of our second day and was very helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed. We love the views and actually had pictures posted by James Spann (our local Meteorologist) of the sunset we were able to get pictures of. Will definitely use them again next time we are blessed to make it back to Destin.

Nice Long Weekend

The setup is great. Loved the views from every room. Very clean and comfortable. Parking could be a pain depending on the time of day. We weren’t able to use the parking garage because of the height clearance of 6’10” (we have an Armada with a roof rack). The parking lot fills up during the day due to beach parking. We had to circle the lot one day waiting for someone to leave. The beach is a quick and easy walk. It was very clean, but extremely crowded from all the umbrella rentals already set up then everyone trying to squeeze in their own personal umbrellas. We were also there on a holiday weekend so it may be different at other times. The first day was a bit overwhelming when we first got to the beach. After that it was fine. Everyone was very friendly and there were plenty of places to walk to for a drink or something to eat. We didn’t use the tram but spoke to other guest that did. They all had positive things to say about it. The shops at Baytown are nice. We went over for breakfast one morning and walked around while waiting for a table. It looked like it would be a lot of fun in the evening. We didn’t make it back over in the evening, but plan to on the next trip.
