I have stayed in the Bayside area resort yearly for over 35 years. Everything about this unit was top shelf and was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit next time we come down if it it available. You will not regret your time here.

Baytowne during the 4th

Baytowne and the surrounding community is very clean and safe. There's a lot going on so try to keep up. We loved our condo and it had a great view of the center of Baytowne.

Everything All at Once

If this review is for the Academy rating, definitely this place wins an Oscar award. We had a blast with our stay here. It was a perfect get away for our family of 6 for springbreak. The place is secured, clean, great food and restaurant, full of activities and entertainments, but not all that, even shopping. I will recommend this place to my friends 100% for those who the best experience in Marimar Beach area for vacation.

We loved everything about our stay here. The cottage was better in person than on the listing. The beds are comfy, it has all the amenities you need, and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is the best too. We loved that option. Well worth the money!

Cute Condo

Cute condo that is in a great location. We were in the midst of the action attending the Gumbo Festival. We loved hearing the music and people watching from the balcony. The condo was a good option for our family of 3. We tend to cook a few meals when traveling. Kitchen is appointed for basic use (i.e., no measuring spoons or we couldn't find them) otherwise everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay.

Good experience in the hustle of Baytowne Wharf

Overall we had a good experience with this stay. It was my parents and my family including my wife and elementary school aged daughter. We wanted to be in the middle of all things Baytowne Wharf so the location gave us what we were looking for. The property provided towels, shampoo, dishes and detergents, so overall a good stay. Things we wish were just a little better, the dryer takes a long time to dry. It’s probably not very well ventilated, my guess. The sleeper sofa is not very comfortable, we didn’t end up using as expected. And lastly, we didn’t realize how noisy each morning would be with maintenance crews cleaning up and maintaining the grounds. Not a deal breaker, just wished it was a little more quiet. So if you plan to stay here, this is one thing you must be good with. We spent most of the time at the beach. The tram passes came handy a few times. Mostly we drove back and forth. The property does not give you access to the closest parking lot to the beach so, you’ll need to walk a bit from the parking lot, but a huge deal but we have always had a card that allowed us to park closer. Again, some critique above, since otherwise the place is exactly what you see in photos, Wi-Fi reliable, the questions were quickly answered, so overall the stay was good.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for a much needed family getaway. Dinner on the patio, swimming in the terrace pool, lots of shopping and dining, and fun activities for the kids. My only issue was that the in-unit dryer did not dry clothes very well.
