  • This family friendly two story condo is owner updated. Guests enjoy the comforts of home with comfortable furniture n fully stocked kitchen.Main floor you will find master bedroom with king size bed.Second floor is a loft with king size bed and separate room with a queen size also a twin size bed,this room is ideal for children.During your stay we provide complimentary beach service each day during peak season (March through October)

    4405 is located on 4th floor with Beautiful Gulf view from living area or while relaxing on private balcony before walking down to the privately owned Beach, gated shore access as you enjoy beach service with one umbrella and two chairs.

Have expanded complimentary equipment from cornhole bags to shuffle board sticks/pucks, tennis rackets/balls, pickle ball gear, and basketballs. This condo was just very clean. Beautiful property. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to stay in. Comfortable beds also. Our host was awesome!! Check in was very easy!!Would stay here again for sure!

Had a wonderful time. Bridgette’s place was awesome! All the rooms were clean, the kitchen was great, and the walk to the beach was easy. Will be staying here again very soon!

This condo had pretty much everything we needed. A lot more items than most provide. The view was beautiful and the hosts were super nice and easy to reach out to. We will definitely be back.

This property is in such a great location if you are looking for walkable, family fun! The beach and pools are so close it allows the opportunity for quick trips back and forth. Bridgette was easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about this property. Pickle ball was a hit with my crew this year!We've found, in the few times we've now stayed at the Maravilla, that the people who rent these properties are respectful of others and the resort rules. The extra fun opportunities on the property (basketball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pickle ball, swimming at the 2 pools) is such a great addition to a rental in the Miramar Beach area.

This was our first time staying at the Maravilla. Location was awesome. Kids loved the pools, gym, and pickle ball!! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy. Will definitely stay again!

Bridgette and Joel’s home is inviting from the moment you open their door to the beautiful view from the balcony! The decor is exceptional with an area that is very family friendly! Please give me a call should you ever decide to sell

Booked this property last minute and it was perfect for our visit. We had a party of 4, us and our 15 year old granddaughter and she brought a friend. Easy walk to the beach, condo as described and well maintained and lots of yummy places to eat nearby. Loved the private beach with chairs and umbrella provided. Walked every morning along the beach. Water and sand was excellent!

Great location, but not 3 bedrooms

This is a great location near the beach. It was clean, with nice pools and other amenities. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but the 2nd "bedroom" is an open loft area with a bed, which you have to walk through to get to the 3rd bedroom. Very misleading because I thought, from the description, each adult couple would have their own room.
