'We loved our stay at this cottage. Great access to a lot of atv trails, which was our activity while staying. The cottage was quaint, vintage, clean, and cozy. We loved the woodstove and fire place for when we came back from chilly rides. Tim was an excellent host and friendly. He went above and beyond helping to solve a small issue. Due to a breakdown we were not able to ride much of what we wanted so plan to come to the area again and will definately stay here! '

'Beautiful cabin. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Really loved this place. Wanted to stay at Avery Lake to bring my Father one more time before he passes. Owner was really flexible when he got hospitalized during our initial planned stay. Can not say enough good things. Only improvement I can think of is updating the listing to make it clear it’s located on a channel that goes out to the lake. We were a little anxious going because we weren’t 100% the channel connected until we got there. '
