'This property is staffed with very professional and knowledgeable staff whose job it is to make their guests comfortable and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Chateau and took the vineyard and wine storage areas with our guide, Thomas. One cannot go wrong with the comfortable and large rooms here, very isolated that we were able to recover from our jet lag (from the USA) without any road or civilization clatter and noise. ' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'

'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '
