Villa's in Menorca

'The Villa is one of many situated in a quiet estate 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The property we stayed in (located towards the centre of the estate) exceeded our expectations. The Villa was surrounded by both real and artificial privacy screen/fencing meaning that when using our own pool, sunbathing etc etc we were not being overlooked by our neighbours. 'Pros: Great view and location'

'Onze ervaring in de villa was helaas teleurstellend. De accommodatie is duidelijk *niet goed onderhouden*. Veel apparatuur is *verouderd en werkt niet naar behoren*, wat erg jammer is gezien de verwachtingen. De *schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over* – hoekjes, deuren en details waren erg vies en het lijkt alsof er alleen oppervlakkig wordt schoongemaakt "voor het oog". Zonde, want de locatie heeft potentie, maar zo verliest het echt zijn charme.'

'Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. The location is ideal and it is incredibly peaceful. We loved the BBQ and made use of that multiple times. Perhaps most importantly, the host was so easy to talk to and answered any queries I had. 'Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse et la chaleur ne se fait pas trop ressentir (clim dans les chambres). le propriétaire a été très réactif concernant la piscine qui nécessitait un nettoyage à notre arrivée. elle est bien située, avec des plages à proximité et quelques commerces.Ce qui nous a gênés, c'est l'équipement de la cuisine, qui manquait cruellement de verres, et autres accessoires (plats de cuisson, bols...).
