'The location is perfect. No traffic my 20 yr old rode her bike on the private street most of the day. Very peaceful, all amenities provided, deck was perfect for evening seat out to utilize the on property grills. I booked another weekend to enjoy fishing and relaxation alone. Thankx.'

'The neighbors were great. Really good location. Enjoyed our stay and return with a lot of fish. Quite and peaceful. Thanks for a great weekend get away. Highly recommended for those requesting a fresh, peaceful get away.'

'The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there.'

'very good place to stay'

'We loved our stay at the Ranch House! It was just what we needed while in the area for a wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. We very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the country. Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!'

'The house was perfect for our visit with our uncle who lives in this community! We had a plenty of room to come hang out after and was very convenient. We will definitely be back and rent again!!'

'Had a great stay! The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a long day on the water. The coffee pot and Keurig were nice touches, and it was great to have coffee, tea, creamers, and filters all ready to go.'

'We traveled with extended family with age ranges of 3-80. The overall space provided great areas for us to spread out. The pool was a good size for our group of 16. All amenities (linens, household supplies, etc) were as listed. This home has been worn well, and could use some maintenance work. However, the space worked for our gathering and we had a great weekend!'

'I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication.
