'We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.'

'The Annexe was in a good location within the ground and well equipped with all in good working order. The outdoor games area was well maintained, the indoor games room was equipped with table tennis, table football and a pool table which had all the balls for both pool and snooker. The pool table was in need of some TLC but had four or five cues a rest and chalk. The swimming pool was vary good with a large pool and hot tub. 'The house was perfect for our large group. The location is perfect for walking, exploring and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed our time at Royal Oak Farm and Georgia was a very helpful host.'
