'The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. We would definitely stay here again. '

'We loved our traditional Japanese room very much! The room is beautifully setup and huge enough for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 teenagers). The staff in the reception showed us the genuine Japanese kindness and greetings. The location is great, very near to a metro station with 2 colour lines and a little bit more walking to another 3 colour lines. Super convenient, lotsa eateries on the street of the hotel. Super great!! What can be improved is just an extra mirror in the living room as the two...

'First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. '
