« Loved the apartment. Absolutely idyllic setting. Great views from the loft. Comfortable stay for 2 adults and a teenager. The apartment is small but well-appointed. And it’s truly all about the location. Drive along the Wild Atlantic Way. Check out the beach at Lahinch. Great pubs nearby. Thank you for a fabulous stay and we hope to return one day! »

« We made the barricks property our home base for our family group of 9 while exploring Ireland and could not have asked for better accommodations! The restored property is absolutely beautiful! Our lovely host, Marion, shared the rich history of the barricks with us and we were amazed at how much work went into restoring the property. « Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Shore View Cottage. The house was clean and spacious. Hosts Anne and John Joe couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. But the views are the star. « Our group loved our stay at this location! Waking up and ending the day to such glorious views of the landscape and ocean was the perfect vacation. Just a short distance to Doolin, the Aran Islands, and the Cliffs of Moher, as well as Galway and the Burren, we had more day trips planned than we had days to explore. The house also had a fantastic kitchen, which we were able to utilize on a couple nights when the weather was too rainy or foggy. Super comfortable house for our large group. »
