  • Strandherinneringen zullen voor altijd duren in dit nieuwe (2019) huis! Dit adembenemende huis ligt aan de waterkant in Pot-Nets Bayside en beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Geniet van de jachthaven op de veranda en entertain in de ruime woonkamer die de keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer combineert. Maak een wandeling van 5 minuten langs de promenade van de jachthaven om naar de immer populaire Paradise Grill, privéstrand, vis- en krabpieren te gaan. Zwembaden, tennis, honkbalveld en speeltuinen zijn aanwezig. Bootslips zijn te huur voor $ 40 per dag. Een golf auto is inbegrepen bij deze woning zonder extra kosten. Een geweldige locatie voor kajakken en stand-up paddleboarden! Het is een korte rit naar de wereldberoemde golfbaan Baywood Greens (10 minuten), de belastingvrije Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuten) en de schilderachtige binnenstad van Rehoboth Beach en Lewes (30 minuten).

    We hebben een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten tijdens ons zomerseizoen. Inchecken is op zondag om 16:00 uur en op zondag om 10:00 uur is uitchecken. We hebben minimaal 2 nachten op alle andere momenten van het jaar.

    HUISDIERENBELEID: Dit apparaat is huisdiervriendelijk. Er is een maximum van 2 honden (alleen honden). Eigenaar van het dier moet $ 20 extra schoonmaakkosten per nacht betalen. ALS U VAN plan bent EEN HUISDIER MEE TE BRENGEN, BEL DAN EN SPREEK MET ONZE RESERVATIONIST.

    Blijf 7 nachten bij ons en ontvang ons gratis Lifestyle-pakket! Dit omvat een cadeaubon van $ 100 voor het Paradise Grill Restaurant en 2 gratis rondes op de golfbaan Baywood Greens (maandag tot en met donderdag na 13.00 uur).

    Bootslips bevinden zich op loopafstand van elk huis en zijn beschikbaar op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Op het moment dat u uw vakantiehuis reserveert, bel ons ook om uw jachthavenreservering te maken. Onze bootslips zijn 24 voet lang, 14 voet breed en kunnen een boot van 32 voet lang aanmeren; gemiddelde waterdiepte is 4 voet bij eb.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Great location for a family vacation as there are many things for all age groups. Do bring spices you want/need for cooking as there are none in the property (including salt and pepper!). The golf cart was a hit with the grandkids and adults and very convenient to get to the pools, etc.

Another great getaway weekend for us. We enjoyed this property again for a family getaway. Spacious, clean, and an over all great property. Our family of 5 looks forward to staying here each time we visit the area.

Would definitely go back . Everything was clean & well kept The places, was beautiful. . Three bathrooms four bedrooms you can’t go wrong big enough for the whole family. . Unfortunately we were here in November so we couldn’t use the pool or beach . It was definitely a 10 looking forward to coming back in the summer

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Family Fun

Well appointed home. Nice open floor plan for family. Needs some TLC. Also rugs need shampooing and floors mopping. Wonderful place for families and plenty fun for children.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect to fit our family of 10 for vacation. The location is great to get to the beach, pool or paradise grill. Having a golf cart made traveling around pot nets very easy. The only negative things we would say is that the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also had to have the previous guests trash outside full in the trash bins until that Tuesday, so we couldn’t put our trash out. Overall, it was a wonderful week and we hope to be back again next year!

Myself, hubby, son, daughter in law, grandson and granddaughter. We all loved the open concept house and community. I would love to move there, but hubby is not on board to do that. 😩

Perfect Location but lacked Internet

The location was perfect - close to the beach and paradise grill. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. With 3 children and the World Cup, we immediately noticed the internet was not working and did all the normal triage - reset the router etc. Contacted property management to let them know. We even called Verizon who triaged and told us there was a hardware problem and a technician would need to come out. The IT person for Pot Nets came out and arrive at the same conclusion and called Verizon who couldn’t come out until the next day. So we didn’t have internet for majority of our stay which was rough for the kids (and adults too). I wish they would have reacted quicker and/or believed us when we said we already triaged and it was a hardware problem and needed Verizon to come out and fix the issue.

The location was great to get to restaurants, stores, and around the area. The house was very clean! The location within the property was a bit loud and busy starting around 7a. Overnight it was relatively quiet though. The linens were a bit rough and the king mattress in the front room is well used. Our property manager was amazing! She answered requests quickly and was a pleasure to work with!

The furniture and amenities were great. We checked in Sunday night and it was nice and calm. Thursday night we heard they had an orange crush contest at paradise and it was load! We had 3 kids under 6 with us and it sounded like the people outside were in the house. This continued Friday and Saturday. Overall the stay was great the only thing I did not enjoy was the noise from the people leaving and how fast they were driving.
